Material Description

MONOLUX®-500 are insulating boards with an increased relative density and high strength. They are also easy to work.

This product is asbestos-free and extremely versatile. MONOLUX®-500 is resistant to pests and mould fungus and does not corrode or react with other materials while bring processed. When used in combination with Promat-SR impregnation, MONLUX®-500 is resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, chlorine and liquid solvents.

Working and Processing

Precise to work with special processing machines and similarly equipped precision tools. The fine material structure of MONOLUX®-500 predicates the production of precision parts. Screws take particularly well to MONOLUX®-500.
